02. General Non-Refundable Items

The following are never refundable:

  • Registration or administrative fees
  • Completed sessions and classes (delivered service)
  • Materials accessed or downloaded
  • Payment processing fees
  • Discounted or promotional packages

03. Refund Request Process

Email request to refunds@cambridgeeducatorshub.com with your name, enrolment details and reason.

We review your request within 3 business days.

If approved, refund processed within 7–10 business days.

Refund issued to original payment method.

We consider refunds beyond policy for genuine circumstances. Contact us to discuss — we will work with you.

Cancellation Without Refund

You can cancel anytime. Monthly services require 7 days notice. Current month is non-refundable; no charge for the next month.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Contact us before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in service termination and collection efforts. We prefer to resolve directly.
